It includes, private and exclusive use of Neuse Breeze from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. It also

* Over night accommodations for up to 6 guests in cottage 1 and 6 guests in groomsmen cottage 2 ( Total of 12). Friday night, towels and linens included

Single Day Venue Rental Fee and Concierge
Your venue rental plus complimentary venue concierge service provides unreasonable value and guidance for
weddings and private events. Our hospitality team is focused on helping you build your completely custom vendor
team from our preferred vendors list to create and achieve the perfect unique event. Because we understand that
every detail counts.

Booking Details
A Wedding and Event Planner is always required with any rental and provide
Neuse Breeze with proof of liability insurance
We require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy and Host Liquor insurance
with Neuse Breeze listed as additional insured cost is Approximately $125
BYO alcohol will be handled only by Neuse Breeze bartender on the day of
event
Catering vendors must be chosen form our approved vendor list
All other vendors needed for your event must be approved before you book
the vendor
50% retainer is required to secure date
