Q: Do I need to provide an Event Coordinator for the day of ?
A: No, when you book "The All Inclusive Package" with us we provide an onsite coordinator. Our coordinator will meet with you thirty days prior to the wedding day to discuss important details. Our coordinator will also direct the rehearsal the day before the wedding and will be handling all of the details the day of your wedding. She will assist your vendors upon arrival, and coordinate the ceremony and the entire reception from start to finish. This may be added to the Venue Only Package.
Q: Do I have to rent a tent?
A: No, we have a beautiful architecturally detailed pavilion that can accomodate 150 people. if you have more, then a tent is required.
Q: Does Neuse Breeze Handle all the set up and clean up?
A: Yes, when you book with Neuse Breeze we handle every little detail from start to finish. We don't want you to be bothered with the tedious details of set up. This is your day and we want you and your family to enjoy and relax and not worry about any thing. We will handle all clean up and pack all of your decorations and gifts for you to pick up the next morning.
Q: Can I bring my own alcohol?
A: Yes, However, you are required by law to obtain a Temporary Liquor License through the state of North Carolina. It’s a fairly simple process that costs around $50. You can go to www.abc.nc.gov to obtain your license. Beer and wine do not require a temporary license.
Q: Are pets allowed on the property?
A: Yes, pets are allowed on the property but only small dogs under 25 lbs. are allowed in the house.
Q: Can I bring decorative items to the property before the wedding?
A: Yes, we actually would like all decorative items to be dropped off between wednesday and friday, that insures nothing is left behind and you have plenty of time to get what you may have missed.
Q: Are we allowed to cook in the catering kitchen?
A: No, only prep work by a licensed caterer is allowed.
Q: How many people can sleep in the house?
A: The house can accommodate 6 people and there is also rental homes in Havelock, rented by a separate party. There is a Hotel (Holiday Inn Express) 10 minutes from the Venue for destination guests.

A: There is no rush. Our cake designer is exclusive to the venue and can be done at your leisure.

A: The bridal brunch is for the bridal party and parents getting ready in the house. We can accommodate special food allergies and diets. Mimosas are served and also non alcoholic sparkling cider.
